Your details are kept secure and never shared with anyone except trusted partners such as payment providers and delivery services.
Refund & Returns
If your Satr piece isn't right, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving it.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.
We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or perfume.
Shipping Policy
Orders are prepared within 1–3 working days. You'll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
We are not responsible for courier delays or customs clearance issues beyond our control.
International Orders
